How much do your services cost?

Our pricing depends on several factors, including how long you are storing your freight, how many pallets you have, what type of storage solutions you need, other logistics services you need, etc. For an accurate quote, please fill out the appropriate form:
• Short-Term Storage: If you need your goods stored for less than 3 months.
• Long-Term Storage: If you need your goods stored for more than 3 months.
• Other Logistics Services: If you are looking for other logistics services outside of storage, such as cross-docking, pick and pack, pallet restacking, etc.

What is your process and how quickly can I store my goods?

Our process is designed to be quick and painless. For the fastest service, please make sure you have the relevant information about your freight, including storage dates, number of pallets, storage requirements and information and photos of your goods. To get started, fill out the appropriate form on our website. Once we receive your information, we will email you a quote within 24 hours (or sooner) and follow up with a call to review with you a couple hours later. When you are ready to move forward, we will send you a contract for electronic signature. If needed, we will also send you our company packet and schedule an inspection. Once the contract is signed, we will work with you to schedule a time for your driver to drop off the freight. Our logistics team will unload the freight and put it safely in our warehouse. Upon completion, an invoice will be sent for immediate payment. In some cases, depending on the services required, a deposit or initial payment might be required upfront. We will let you know during the quoting process if this is needed. If you require additional services, such as pick and pack, or pallet restacking, we can provide costs on-site as well.

What do you do to ensure my freight is safely stored?

Our team is committed to the safety and well-being of every item in storage. We take safety very seriously, which is why we offer 24/7 surveillance of our facilities and undertake regular checks for pest or bug infestations.

Cross-Docking

What is cross-docking?

Cross-docking is the transfer of goods between vehicles en route during shipping, which means it’s done without wasting time and risking the safety of the goods. It is accomplished by transferring goods between two freight carriers. It can be easily done during a stopover at a warehouse.

How does our cross-docking process work?

We receive goods at the distribution docking terminal, sort them as per various categories and then classify them as per the destination. The classified goods are collected and moved to the respective dock from where they are loaded on to the outbound vehicles. Our efficient processing solutions ensure products are not lying on the terminal for extended periods of time. Cross-docking ensures that various shipments from different suppliers are segregated, sorted and loaded into appropriate freightliners. It helps streamline the transportation process, save on warehousing costs, and increase the speed of delivery.

What are the benefits of cross-docking with FDR Warehouse?

• Faster Delivery: Reduce the amount of supply chain touch points and decrease shipping times.
• Cost-Effective: Streamline the transportation process and save on warehousing costs.
• Increased Efficiency: By serving as a centralized location for product dispatching and receiving, we help truckers increase efficiency for faster inbound and outbound delivery.
• Transloading Made Easy: Move your product quickly from containers to trailers.

Can I store my goods and have you ship them direct-to-consumer?
